Philly Chicken Cheese Steaks

7 ww points (with tortilla)
Ingredients:
  1 tbl   olive oil
  1 each   thinly sliced onion
  1 lb   skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  1 each   sliced red bell pepper
    small flour tortillas or french rolls
  4 ou   light velveeta cheese
Directions:
  Cut chicken into strips.
Saute onion in oil until browned and very soft, about 10 min
Add the chicken and bell pepper; saute until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through 5-8 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Place chicken on roll or tortilla and drizzle with melted cheese.
