As if using three different flavors of chocolate chips wasn't enough, the cookie's chocolate base makes this the official chocolate lover's dream of "The Perfect Cookie."
Ingredients:
  1 cup   All-Purpose Flour
  1/2 cup   Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  1/2 tsp   Baking Soda
  1/4 tsp   Salt
  1/2 cup   Butter, softened
  1/2 cup   Brown Sugar, packed
  1/4 cup   Granulated Sugar
  1 tsp   Vanilla
1 large   Egg, room temp. is best
  3/4 cup   Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  3/4 cup   Milk Chocolate Chips
  3/4 cup   White Chocolate Chips
Directions:
  Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In small bowl, combine the semi-sweet, milk, and white chocolate chips and set aside.

In a separate bowl whisk the flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt until well-blended and set aside.

Beat the butter until creamy. Add white and brown sugars and cream until light and fluffy. Beat in the egg and vanilla.

Slowly add the dry ingredients into the creamy mixture until just blended and then do the same with the chocolate chips.

Drop dough, in tablespoonfuls, onto parchment lined baking sheets about 2 inches apart. Bake about 12 minutes or until cookie tops have lost their sheen.
