Individual Mexi Pizzas

  easy way to make quick individual pizzas, work great for sleepovers or a fun family meal
Ingredients:
  1 pkg   Mission lo carb whole wheat torillias shells
  1 lb   hamburger
  1 pkg   taco seasoning
  1 cn   sliced black olives
  1 pkg   shredded cheddar or montery jack cheese
  1 c   vegetable oil
Directions:
  Cook hamburger and season like making tacos.

Drain the black olives.

Heat oil in a skillet big enough to place ONE of the tortillia shells into. When oil is hot slide one tortillia into the oil and let cook, it will bubble up a bit, take a sharp knife and slice the bubbles to release the air. When browned on one side of tortillia,flip and brown on second side. Drain the shells on paper towels. When cool enough to pick up place onto a cookie sheet and top each with taco meat, cheese and black olives (or whatever else type of toppings you like). Bake in 350* oven until the cheese is melted and a bit browned.
