Sloppy Joes with Corn and Potatoes

  Homemade Sloppy Joes taste oh, so much better than the canned mix, and still get whipped up in a jiffy! For the potatoes, thoroughly wash and dry the potatoes, and stab a dozen times with a fork, then cook in a microwave for 15 minutes (on a plate), on in oven set to 350 degrees F for an hour (be sure to put a cookie sheet or piece of aluminum foil below the potatoes to catch any moisture drips).
In addition to the recipe, you will also need the following for this meal:
  1 bag  Frozen corn or other frozen veggies
  6   potatoes

  Sloppy Joe recipe
Ingredients:
  1 lb   ground beef
  1/2 c   chopped onion
  2 cloves   minced garlic
  1 T   sugar
  1 T   flour
  1/4 tsp   pepper
  1 c   ketchup
  1 T   mustard
  1 T   barbeque sauce
  1 T   Worchestershire sauce
  6   buns
    cheese
    dill pickles
Directions:
  In a large skillet, cook beef and onion; drain. Add garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes longer. Stir in sugar, flour, and pepper. Add ketchup, mustard, bbq, and worchestershire sauce. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and cook for 5 - 10 minutes or until heated through. Serve on buns with optional cheese and pickles.
