Veggie Soup

Ingredients:
  1 Bag   Frozen Mixed Veggies
  2 16oz   Beef Broth
  1 16oz   Tomato Sauce
  1 Small   Beef Pot Roast
Directions:
  Turn your Crock Pot to High heat (if cooking less than 8 hours). Into crock pot add, both 16oz cans of Beef Broth, and the can of Tomato Sauce. You can choose to add 1/2-1 cups of water if you like your soup a little more watery. Add in your bag of frozen mixed veggies AND other OPTIONAL Items (I.E. Pre-cooked barely, rice, noodles, ect).
Chop up, or pull left over Beef Pot roast into bite-size pieces. Add to the crock.
Let cook on high for at least 4-6 hours, or on LOW for 8-10 hours for best results.
