Ingredients:
  2 cans   reduced fat tomato soup
  1 can   diced tomatoes
  2 cups   low fat buttermilk
  2 tbsp   chopped basil
Directions:
  1. Cook over medium heat until heated through 6 to 8 minutes.
2. Garnish with basil and serve.
