Heat the meatballs on a plate in the microwave.
At the same time, heat the spaghetti sauce in a sauce pan on the stove.
Cover a cookie sheet with aluminum foil.
Place each of the 4 buns, open and cut-side-up on the cookie sheet. Fill with meatballs, smother with sauce (you may want to reserve some for dipping later) and top with shredded cheese.
Broil 5-6 inches from the heat for 3-5 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
Serve hot.
