Sirloin Veggie Stir Fry

Ingredients:
  1 1/2 lbs   boneless sirloin
  3 TBSP   soy sauce
  1 bunch   broccoli rabe
  1/2 cup   sun-dried tom in oil halved + 3 TBSP oil
  2 cloves   garlic chopped
  2 bunches   scallions cut into 1" pieces
  1   hot pepper
  1/2 lb   angel hair pasta
  1 cup   beef broth
  1 TBSP   corn starch
Directions:
  In bowl combine sirloin and soy sauce; set aside

In large skillet add enough water to reach a depth of 2 inches to a boil. Add broccoli, lower heat and simmer 3 mins. drain in colander and rinse well with cold water.

Return skillet to high heat, add 2 TBSP tomato oil and garlic and stir fry for 1 minute. Add sirloin and stir fry for 2 mins. Transfer meat mixture and juices to a bowl. Add 1 TBSP oil to the skillet, scallions, peppers and tomotoes stir fry for 1 min.

In a large pot of boiling salted water cook pasta until al dente about 3 mins. In a small bowl stir together broth, cornstarch and remaining 1 1/2 TBSP soy sauce. Add mixture to the skillet stirring until thickened. Return meat juices and broccoli to wok and cook until heated through.

Serve over pasta.
