Sesame and Ginger pork wontons with Thai chili |
Ingredients: |

1 lb |
|
Ground Pork |
|
1/2 cup |
|
Carrots grated |
|
1/2 cup |
|
shredded cabbage |
|
1/2 cup |
|
Chopped Bean Sprouts |
|
2 tblsp |
|
Toasted Sesame Seeds |
|
1 tsp |
|
Ground Ginger |
|
1 tsp |
|
cumin |
|
|
|
Thai or Red Chili to taste |
|
|
|
salt and pepper to taste |
|
1/4 cup |
|
Lighthouse Brand Ginger/Sesame Marinade |
Directions: |
|
Mix all ingredients
spoon approx 1 to 1 1/2tblsp of mixture into wonton wrappers and fry till golden brown.
Serve with Rice o' Roni Teriyaki Rice and dipping sauce of choice
