Sausage Balls

2 lbs |

uncooked sausage |
|
1 1/2 c |
|
biscuit mix |
|
4 c |
|
cheddar cheese, shredded |
Directions: |
|
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix all ingredients and form into 1 inch balls. Bake 15 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet until golden brown. Makes about 6 dozen. Can be frozen uncooked. (for firmer texture, add extra biscuit mix and cheese.
