Pumpkin Cobbler

A super easy pumpkin recipe that's a cross between pumpkin pie and pumpkin bars. You can even mix the pumpkin mixture right in the pan! |
| Ingredients: |

eggs |

1 (15 oz) can |

pumpkin |
| |
1 (12 oz) can |
|
evaportated milk |
| |
1 cup |
|
sugar |
| |
1/8 tsp |
|
salt |
| |
1 1/2 tsp |
|
cinnamon |
| |
1 tsp |
|
ground ginger |
| |
1 T |
|
vanilla |
| |
1 (18.5 oz) box |
|
yellow cake mix |
| |
2 1/2 sticks |
|
melted butter |
| Directions: |
| |
Mix the first 8 ingredients together and pour into 13 x 9 pan. Sprinkle dry cake mix over the top and drizzle with melted butter. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes.
