Potato and Sausage Skillet - 4 pts

Ingredients:
  1 14 oz pkg   smoked sausage
  1   sliced onion
  1 20 oz   pkg red potato wedges
  1 cup   chicken broth
  1/2 cup   light beer
  1 tsp   seasoned salt
Directions:
  1. Cook sausage for 4 minutes or until brown. Remove sausage and set aside.
2. Add onion, potato and seasoned salt to skillet. Cook until browned.
3. Add broth & beer, cook for 9 minutes until liquid is almost evaporated.
