Poppyseed Chicken Casserole

  Chicken smothered in creamy, white, goodness!
Ingredients:
  2 lbs   Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast
  1 Can   Cream of chicken soup
  1 Can   Cream of mushroom soup
    sprinkle of poppyseed
    sprinkle of minced onion
  1 16 oz.   Sour Cream
  1 1/2 sleeves   RITZ Crackers (crumbled)
Directions:
  Boil chicken breast until done. Pull apart or chop into tiny pieces. Combine sour cream, cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, poppyseed, and minced onion in a large bowl. Add chicken. Add half of RITZ to mixture. Place in casserole dish and top with remaining RITZ. Bake at 350 for about 30 min.
