Cover bottom of nonstick pot with oil, when it starts slow dancing,
add onions, ginger, garlic, and tomatoes.
Mix well and add turmeric and garam masala.
Mix well and let simmer for 5 minutes.
Add spinach and salt.
Let cook for about 5 minutes and add heavy cream.
Bring to boil and then blend to smooth paste in blender.
Add paneer when you are ready to serve.
Serve with steamed rice and naan.
Paneer: Broil for about 5 minutes in over then flip and repeat on the other side.
Naan: pita like bread
Paneer: ricotta like cheese
Can leave out the heavy cream to reduce calories.
If you wish for a more textured dish, finely chop all ingredients and skip the blender. Leave the paneer cheese cubed.
