Microwave Chicken Kiev

Chicken Breasts-boneless, skinless |
|

cheese crackers, crushed |
|
2 tbsp |
|
taco seasoning mix |
|
8 tbsp |
|
butter |
|

|
green onion |
|
1 tsp |
|
msg |
|
2 tbsp |
|
chopped green chilies |
|
1 tsp |
|
salt |
Directions: |
|
Pound chicken breasts flat. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic powder. and taco seasoning.
Set aside.
Combine cheese crackers and taco seasoning.
Set aside.
Mix together 4 tbsp of butter, green onion, msg and salt. Separate some of it and add green chilies (optional).
Divide into 8 balls. Refrigerate.
Fill chicken breasts with butter. Roll up and fasten with toothpick. Dip chicken pieces in melted butter and then roll in cheese cracker/taco seasoning mixture. Lay in pan and cover with wax paper. Microwave on high for 10 to 12 minutes.
