Macaroni and Cheese with Tuna and Veggies

  Here's how you make a fast and healthy complete meal out of a box of mac & cheese!
  1 (7 oz.) box   Macaroni & Cheese
  1/4 c.   butter
  1/4 c.   milk
  1/2 c.   Cheddar cheese, shredded
  1 (5 oz.) can   tuna, drained
  1 1/2 c.   frozen mixed veggies
  Prepare the macaroni and cheese as directed on the box. Remove from heat, and stir in the extra cheese. Stir until cheese is melted and incorporated. Stir in tuna and veggies. Check to see if the vegetables heated through. If not, you may need to heat and stir over medium flame (or heat in the microwave in a microwave-safe bowl) for another minute or two.
