Luffie's Meatball Submarines

Meatball submarine sandwiches with BBQ or tomato sauce. Add salad or potato chips. |
Ingredients: |

1 package |
|
Frozen meatballs (or homemade) |
|
1 jar |
|
BBQ sauce or spaghetti sauce |
|
6 long |
|
sub buns |
|
2 cups |
|
shredded mozzarella cheese |
|
1 small |
|
optional - onion diced fine |
|
1 can |
|
optional - sliced olives (green or black) |
|
1 bag |
|
potato chips |
Directions: |
|
Heat meatballs and add desired sauce. Spoon into split buns, add optional onions, olives and top with cheese. Broil to melt. Serve with chips
