Low Carb Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients: |

|
steak, sliced |
|
4 T |
|
butter |
|
1 med |
|
onion, diced |
|
2 T |
|
garlic, minced |
|
1/2 lb |
|
mushrooms, sliced |
|
1 |
|
beef bouillon cube |
|
1 cup |
|
boiling water |
|
1/2 t |
|
marjoram |
|
2 T |

sour cream |
Directions: |
|
Brown steak. Add onions and cook until clear. Add garlic and mushrooms. Cook several minutes. Meanwhile, mix bouillon and hot water and add to the meat.
Bring to a boil and then transfer to casserole dish. Bake at 325, covered, for 1 1/2 hours. Stir in marjoram and sour cream. Serve over faux rice.
