Goldenrod Eggs

Hard boiled eggs in white sauce, served over toast. |
Ingredients: |

Eggs |
|
2 Tbsp |
|
Butter |
|
2 Tbsp |
|
Flour |
|
1/2 tsp |
|
salt |
|
1/2 tsp |
|
pepper |
|
1 cup |
|
Milk |
|
4 slices |
|
Bread |
Directions: |
|
Make 4 hard boiled eggs, peel and dice.
Melt butter, flour, salt & pepper in microwave or saucepan.
Add milk.
Bring to a boil, stirring often.
Add eggs to white sauce.
Serve over buttered toast.
