Goldenrod Eggs

serves: 2
  Hard boiled eggs in white sauce, served over toast.
Ingredients:
  4   Eggs
  2 Tbsp   Butter
  2 Tbsp   Flour
  1/2 tsp   salt
  1/2 tsp   pepper
  1 cup   Milk
  4 slices   Bread
Directions:
  Make 4 hard boiled eggs, peel and dice.
Melt butter, flour, salt & pepper in microwave or saucepan.
Add milk.
Bring to a boil, stirring often.
Add eggs to white sauce.
Serve over buttered toast.
