Crock Pot Corned Beef and Cabbage with Red Potatoes

Ingredients: |

|
corned beef with spices |
|
4 med |
|
red potatoes |
|
1 small |
|
green cabbage |
|
2 cloves |
|
fresh garlic |
|
1 can |
|
beer |
|
1 piece |
|
cheese cloth |
|
|

Directions: |
|
Cut potatoes in quarters, cut cabbage into six wedges. Slice garlic thinly. Place corned beef in bottom of crock. Top with spices wrapped in cheese cloth and tied with a twist tie. Place potatoes around roast and cabbage on top. Pour beer over all and cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
