Creamy Chicken Noodle Soup - 3 pts

Ingredients:
  4 cans   chicken broth
  2 cans   reduced fat cream of chicken soup
  4 cups   cooked chicken
  1 cup   frozen peas & carrots
  4 oz   egg noodles
Directions:
  1. Combine first 4 ngredients in a pot, bring pot to a boil, stir in noodles, cook 5 to 7 minutes until noodles are tender.
