Chef Salad

  Bag salad with cut-up lunchmeat, grated cheese, sliced hard-boiled egg, sunflower seeds, croutons & dressing.
  1 bag   salad
  2 whole   carrots
  1   cucumber
  2   roma tomatoes
  1 (1 lb.) pkg   lunch meat
  2 c.   shredded cheese
  6   hardboiled eggs
  1/2 c.   sunflower seeds
  1 c.   croutons
    salad dressing (your favorite)
  Cut lunchmeat into strips. Wash and thinly slice the tomatoes and cucumber. Peel and shred or slice the carrots. Peel and slice the eggs.

In each of four separate plates, lay a bed of lettuce over the bottom of the plate. Top the lettuce with the cucumber, tomatoes, meat, cheese, sliced eggs, sunflower seeds, croutons, and salad dressing.
