Ingredients: |

1 (1 lb.) bag |
|
frozen chopped broccoli |
|
2 c. |
|
cooked chicken or turkey, diced |
|
1 (10.75 oz.) can |
|
condensed cheese (& broccoli) soup |
|
1 c. |
|
milk |
|
1 c. |
|
shredded sharp cheddar cheese |
|
2 c. |
|
cheese crackers |
Directions: |

Preheat oven to 375°F.
In an ungreased large casserole dish or 9" x 13" baking pan, combine chicken and broccoli.
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the soup and milk. Stir in the grated cheese. Pour the soup mixture over the chicken and broccoli. Mix around in the pan to make sure that everything is well-coated.
Crush the cheese crackers and sprinkle over the chicken mixture. You may need more or less of the topping than called for, depending on your individual tastes.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until center is hot and topping is getting golden brown.
