Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients:
  12 oz   bulk bkfst sausage
  3   slices bread
  1/2 c   shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  6   eggs
  1 c   milk
  1/4 tsp   salt
  1/8 tsp   pepper
  1/2 c   shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions:
  Brown sausage, drain, and let cool. Grease 2 quart baking dish. Place torn pieces of bread in bottom of dish. Layer sausage over bread. Top with Monterey Jack cheese. In medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour mixture over contents of dish, then top with Cheddar cheese. Cover dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. In morning, heat oven to 325 degrees. Remove plastic wrap, bake casserole 40-45 minutes or til cooked through.
