Bean Burritos - simple

  Quick and easy
  8   flour tortillas
  1 can   pinto beans
  1   tomato chopped
  1 cup   lettuce shredded
  1   avocado, diced
  1/2 c   sour cream
  1/2 c   salsa, jarred
  Cook beans. Season with salt & pepper. Warm tortillas to soften. Add 1-2 T each of remaining ingredients to tortilla. Roll up and eat.
