Bacon Wrapped Salmon

Sweet and salty salmon that is definitely fancy enough to serve to guests and easy enough that you'll be able to enjoy their company. |
Ingredients: |

4 |
|
salmon fillets |
|
8 slices |
|
Bacon |
|
1/2 c. |
|
maple syrup |
|
4 T. |
|
soy sauce |
Directions: |
|
Preheat oven to 450.
Season with salt & pepper, wrap filet with bacon, place on roasting pan and roast for 12 mins or until bacon is crisp. In a sm. saucepan simmer syrup and soy sauce, Baste salmon with glaze and cook 1-2 mins longer.
