Fast yet fancy side-dish featuring asparagus and pancetta (Italian bacon). |

asparagus cut into 1" pieces |

pancetta |

| Directions: |
| |
Heat 1 TBSP EVOO over med-high heat. Add pancetta and cook for about 3 mins. Add asparaugs and shallot and cook stirring for 3 more mins.
