| This is by far the best meat loaf I have ever had! I was unsure what the savory was, so I searched it on the internet, it's basically just thyme and sage. |

You'll never guess that this meatloaf is actually gluten-free! The cereal adds just a hint of sweetness that makes the meatloaf melt in your mouth. Just try avoiding a second helping.

| **Rice Krispies are not gluten free. They contain malt which is a barley derivative |
spainter76:
| Do not make this dish in the glass baking dish. All the grease stays in it and it ends up like a sloppy joe mix |

Traditional Meatloaf with a brown-sugar and Ketchup glaze made with Crisp Rice Cereal as an alternative to bread crumbs. If gluten is a serious problem for you, be sure to check the ingredients on the box of cereal (avoid "malt" derivitatives). I've found that Rice Chex and Health Food Aisle rice cereals are usually safe. |
