Grilled Italian Chicken

Grilled Chicken marinated in Italian Dressing. Short on time? Pour dressing over the chicken as you cook it on the grill. |

boneless, skinless chicken breasts |

1 bottle |

Italian dressing |
Directions: |
|
Marinade the chicken in the dressing overnight, or at least 10 mintutes. Cook on grill.

Summer Salad

Crispy colourful salad for hot summerdays |
Ingredients: |

4 cup |
|
Iceberg salad leaves |
|
1 cup |
|
Rocket leaves |
|
2 cup |
|
Strawberries |
|
8 slices |
|
Haloumi cheese |
|
1 cup |
|
Mixed nuts |
|
1 |
|
Avocado |
|
1 |
|
Carrot |
|
4 Tablespoon |
|
French Salad Dressing |
Directions: |
|
Wash salad & rocket leaves & dry. Break into chunks. Wash strawberries and slice, add to salad & rocket leaves. Peel carrot & slice, add to above. Peel carrot, slice & add. Fry haloumi cheese in a heated teflon frying pan lightly sprayed with Spray & Cook. Leave to cool down then break into chunks & add to the salad. Lightly spoon salad dressing over salad & dish up.
