Pizza Burgers with Sun Dried Tomato Lettuce Salad

  Pizza on a bun! 1/3 lb burgers with the heart of a pizza. Happy grilling!
Make them your own by adding your favorite pizza toppings with the sauce: mushrooms, black olives, onions, etc.
Ingredients:
  2 lbs.   ground beef
  1 lb.   bulk Italian sausage
  1/4 (4 oz) pkg.   pepperoni
  2   eggs
  1 tsp.   garlic powder
  2 tsp.   Italian seasoning
  1 tsp.   seasoned salt
  1/2 tsp.   black pepper
  8 slices   provolone cheese
  8 slices   mozzarella cheese
  1 jar   spaghetti sauce
  1 pkg.   hamburger buns
Directions:
  In a large mixing bowl, combine meats, eggs, and spices. Form into 1/3 lb. patties and grill 5-8 min. per side. These burgers need to be done well since there is pork sausage in them. Just before you remove the burgers from the grill, top with a slice each of provolone and mozzarella. Place cheeseburgers on bottom buns, top with tomato sauce, followed by top buns and enjoy.

Sun Dried Tomato Lettuce Salad

  Naturally sweet & crunchy salad.
Ingredients:
  1 bag   lettuce mix
  1/2 c.   sun dried tomatoes
  1   green bell pepper, diced
  1/2 c.   croutons
  1/4 c.   Italian dressing
Directions:
  Toss together veggies, croutons & dressing.
