Ingredients: |

hamburger |
|
1/2 pound |
|
sausage |
|
1/2 tsp. |

garlic salt |
|
1 1/2 tsp |

1 pint |

tomato juice |
|
12 oz |

tomato paste |

lasagna noodles (cooked) |

chredded mozarella cheese |

3 cups |

cottage cheese |

1/2 cup |

parmesan cheese |

parsley flakes |

beaten eggs |

Directions: |
|
bown meat. add ingredients 3,4,5,and 6 to meat and simmer 18 mins. mix together ingredients 9,10,11,12,13,and 14. put 1/2 meat sauce on bottm of 9x13 pan. cover with 3 noodles. layer on 1/2 cottage cheese mix, 1/2 mozzarella cheese, and 1/2 meat sauce. repeat with other half of ingredients. bake at 350 for 35 mins.
