| Not a ton of flavor but still good. The best part is that my six children ALL loved the cauliflower which they normally ate. I will make it again but maybe add so more zip to the meat mixture. But a keeper for the kids! |

egg |

shredded cheddar cheese |

5 slices |
|
bacon |
|
16 oz |

frozen cauliflower |
|
1 c |
|
shredded mozzerella cheese |
Directions: |

Cook cauliflower then mash (like potatoes). Cook and crumble bacon. Spread cauliflower in greased casserole dish. Brown ground beef and drain. Combine ground beef, bacon, egg, cheddar cheese and salt and pepper to taste. Spread over cauliflower. Spread mozzerella over top and bake at 350* for 35 min.
