BBQ Chicken Legs with Creamy Veggie Casserole

BBQ Chicken Breasts or Leg Quarters

  Serve with Vegetable Casserole
Ingredients:
  6   chicken leg and thigh quarters, skinned
    BBQ Sauce
Directions:
  Preheat oven or grill to 375.

Place chicken quaters in a large, sprayed baking dish. Spread each leg quarter with 2 T of BBQ sauce. Cover and bake for 30 min. Check for doneness.
Vegetable Casserole

  Quick side dish.
Ingredients:
  1 lb   frozen carots, broccoli, and cauliflower mix, thawed
  1 can   cream of mushroom soup
  1 1/2 cup   Velvetta, cubed
  1/2 tsp   salt
  1/4 tsp   pepper
  1/4 tsp   garlic powder
Directions:
  Preheat oven to 375.

Combine all ingredients together and lace in an 8X8 sprayed baking dish. Cover and bake for 20 min.
