			8  |

			flour tortillas |

			1 can |

			pinto beans |

			1  | 
			  | 
			tomato chopped |

			1 cup  | 
			  | 
			lettuce shredded |

			avocado, diced |

			1/2 c |

			sour cream |

			1/2 c |

			salsa, jarred | 
		 		
			| Directions: |

				Cook beans.  Season with salt & pepper.  Warm tortillas to soften.  Add 1-2 T each of remaining ingredients to tortilla.  Roll up and eat.
