  my personal flexible recipe for easy burritos
Ingredients:
  8   large flour tortillas
  1 cup   brown rice
  1 package   Yves vegetarian ground beef
  1   red bell pepper
  1/2 packet   taco spice
  1 cup   shredded cheese, cheddar or jack
    salsa
    sour cream
  1 can   vegetarian refried beans (or black beans)
Directions:
  Slice bell pepper into strips, saute on medium heat in pan sprayed with nonstick spray (or use a little olive oil) until a little softened.
Cook brown rice according to package. Warm fake meat in pan with the taco mix and a couple tablespoons of water. Careful not to burn bottom.
Heat beans in microwave.
Heat each tortilla in microwave for 10 seconds before serving.
Layer each burrito with rice, beans, fake meat, bell peppers, cheese, salsa and sour cream.

Easily adjustable. Figure 2 tortillas for each person.
