A fun way for Jedi's to eat their vegetables. I add other veggies also such as baby carrots, bell pepper strips, and celery
Ingredients:
6   fresh herb sprigs (parsley, thyme, chives, etc.)
  1/2 cup   plain yogurt
  4 ounces   cream cheese
  1 tsp   Worcestershire sauce
  1/4 tsp   garlic salt
  1 tsp   pepper
  1 head   broccoli
Directions:
  1. Chop herbs
2. Mix yogurt and cream cheese until smooth. Add the chopped herbs, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Stir well
3. Cover and chill for at least one hour.
4. Cut off the florets of the broccoli head, cut the larger ones to a smaller size.
5. Spread the dip in the bottom of a shallow pan. Stand the florets upright side by side to make an Ewok forest.
