broccoli salad-diabetic

  1 cup serving size 6 gram carbs
Ingredients:
  6 cups   broccoli florets (2-3 lb)
  2 qts   water
  1 tbsp   corn oil
  1 tbsp   sesame oil
  3 tbsp   lite soy sauce
  1/2 cup   minced scallions
  3 garlic   cloves minces
Directions:
  in large pot bring water to boil. blanch brocolli. immediately drain broccoli and plunge into ico cold water to stop the cooking. drain again.place in large salad bowl

combine the dressign ingredients and add the broccoli. toss well. refrigerate till ready to serve.
