Roast Beef Hash

  Using left over roast (beef or pork) ground, shredded potato's and carrots, chopped green onions and season to taste.
Ingredients:
  2 cups   ground roast beef
  2 cups   shredded potatoes
  1 cup   shredded carrots
  1/2 cup   chopped green onion
  1 tsp   Ms. Dash table blend
Directions:
  Using a meat grinder, grind left over roast. Mix in potato's, carrots, onions, and seasoning in a large bowl. Spray 13inch x 2inch baking pan with cooking spray and spoon in the mixture. Pat down to make a solid rectangle. Bake at 350, covered with foil for 35 - 45 minutes until potatoes and carrots are done.
