Sweet Pork Dippers

  Good for parties
Ingredients:
  4 lb   pork tenderloin
  1 cup   salsa
  1 1/2 cup   brown sugar
  1 cup   cocc cola
    salt and peper
  40   tortillas
  2 cups   shredded cheese
Directions:
  Put pork roast in crock pot and add pepper, salsa, brown sugar, and coke
Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 3-4 hours
Once cooked, remove and shred, then return to crock pot and stir with sauce
Lightly spray cookie sheet
Place 1/4 cup of pork on tortilla and roll tight
Spinkle the top with cheese
Bake at 375 for ten minutes
Remove and let cool
Serve with favorite dipping sauce
