Grilled tuna Asian fusion style

  Grilled tuna with sticky rice and fruit. Great light dish for a long hot summer.
Ingredients:
  2   Tuna steak(s)
  1 cup   jasmine rice
  1/2 can   coconut milk
  1 tablespoon   sugar
  1   green, yellow, or red bell pepper
  1   orange or mango
Directions:
  - Marinate tuna (I use olive oil, sea salt, cracked pepper, 1 tbs of sweet Thai chili as and lime juice ) to taste.
- set grill to high let it heat up
- make one cup of jasmine rice (follow instructions on bag)
- pour 1/2 can of coconut milk (be sure to shake like crazy before opening) into small pot and put on stove set to low (try not to let it boil as it will bubble over)
- stir sugar into milk and cover
- put tuna on grill searing each side for 1-2 min then reduce heat to low and cook to taste (I usually let mine cook for 10 more min.)
- slowly stir cocnut milk into rice
- slice orange or mango
- thinnly slice bell pepper and garnish tuna with 3-4 slices
- put tuna on bed of rice and place slices of fruit next to it serve and enjoy!
