Garlic Baked Shrimp

Ingredients:
  1 lb   Peeled and deveined shrimp
  4 cloves   Garlic, sliced
  2 Tbls   White wine
  1/4 cup   Butter, softened
  1/4 cup   Panko bread crumbs
  2 Tbls   Chopped parsley
    Salt and pepper
Directions:
  Heat oven to 425 degrees. In a baking dish, combine the shrimp, garlic, white wine, salt and pepper (enough to taste).
In a small bowl combine the butter, bread crumbs and parsley.
Sprinkle over the shrimp and bake until the shrimp are opaque throughout, 15-18 minutes.
