  Fast, Cheap and Yummy Pizza
Ingredients:
1 1 tube   Pizza Dough (I use pillsbury in a tube, available regular or thin crust)
  1 2 Tbsp   Pasta Sauce
  1   Shredded Cheese
  1   Toppings of your choice
Directions:
This is a total no brainer make in a hurry recipe that you can throw left overs on. I'm a big fan of making my own pizza instead of ordering because you can customize it to whatever you are in the mood for. Popular combos: Traditional red sauce with mozzarella and peperoni, white sauce with precooked chicken and precooked brocolli...add fresh herbs on anything and you look like a pro. My personal favorite is fresh basil and tomato with mozzarella. Take a look at California Pizza kitchen options to get ideas. The pizza pictured is a Hawaiian pizza with red sauce, left over ham lunch meat cut up really small and fresh pineapple (canned works get too, just chop small). Look around your frig for what needs used up and get creative.

Don't use any preset pizza cooking options on your toaster oven or stove. These are generally made with frozen pizza in mind which is par baked not fresh like yours will be! I set my oven to 425 and it's done in 10 minutes. FYI: If you tell your kids they're going to get pizza for dinner as long as you don't get too crazy they'll eat veggies they usually won't when it's hidden under cheese and sauce.
