  Very low carb individual pizzas bake up so quickly and are so yummy and good for you. Use any fresh veggies or leftover meats to top. Use olive oil, fresh garlic and sea salt or tomato based pizza sauce.
Ingredients:
  1 pkg   Whole Wheat Tortillas
  1 jar   pizza sauce
  1/4 c.   olive oil
  2 cloves   fresh garlic, minced
  2   roma tomates, sliced
  1 pkg.   sliced mushrooms
  1/2 c.   colorful bell pepper strips
  1 sm.   onion, diced
  1 lb.   ground meat
  1/2 c.   parmesan cheese, grated
  1 c.   mozzarella, grated
  1 T.   oregano
  1 tsp.   sea salt
Directions:
  Lay tortillas flat on baking sheet. Brush with olive oil, fresh pressed garlic, sprinkle sea salt. Layer veggies, meats and lightly top with cheeses, oregano. Bake until cheese is melted, Edges golden, only about 10 minutes in super hot oven-425 degrees
