Poppy's Sesame Sauce Turkey Dressing

  Truly unique & best turkey dressing for Thanksgiving or as a stand alone side dish.
Ingredients:
  1 Pound   Turkey, Ground 93% Lean
  1 Cup   Chicken Broth, Low Sodium
  1/2 Cup   Sugar, Granulated
  1/4 Cup   Corn Starch
  1/2 Cup   Water
  1/8 Cup   Vinegar, Cider
  4 Tblsp   Soy Sauce, Lite Kikkoman
  1 Tsp   Chili Powder
  1/2 Cup   Butter, Unsalted
  1 Clove   Garlic, Minced
  1 Cup   Onion, Diced
  1/2 Cup   Celery, Diced
  2 Tsp   Poutry Seasoning
  1/4 Tsp   Pepper, Black
  3 Tblsp   Mayonnaise
  2 Tblsp   Sesame Oil
  12 Cups   Bread, French - Cubed
Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. In large fry Pan brown Turkey.
3. In smaller fry pan sautee onion, garlic, and celery in butter on low heat.
4. Pour over browned turkey.
5. In Large Bowl whisk all other ingredients except for the bread and pour over turkey mixture.
6. Place cubed bread (One Large French or Italian Loaf of Bread yields close to 12 cups) into greased 8x12 Pan.
7. Pour entire mixture over bread and toss to make all cubes moist.
8. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

Yields 16 servings at 3/4 cup per serving.

Amount per Serving: Calories 234; Total Fat 12.3g (Saturated Fat 4.9g /Polyunsaturated Fat 1.3g/Monosaturated Fat 2.5g); Cholesterol 36.2; Sodium 367mg; Potassium 62.4mg; Total Carbohydrate 23.1g (Dietary Fiber 1.0g/Sugars 7.5g); Protein 8.2g.

Note: The sodium was cut at least by half of most dressings
