Moist, flavorful, bite-size pieces of chicken great for a party snack or for dinner. Kids love it!
Ingredients:
4 pcs   Boneless Skinless chicken breast
  2 cups   bisquick or flour
  1/4 tsp   salt
  1/4 tsp   pepper
    lemon pepper seasoning
    broiled steak seasoning
Directions:
  Preperation:
Heat butter or cooking oil in frying pan on md-high heat.
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
Line oven safe dish with paper towels.
Mix the salt and pepper into the bisquick/flour mixture.
Clean the chicken and cut into bite-size pieces.

When a few dashes of bisquick/flour thrown into the hot butter/oil sizzle it is ready to put the chicken in. After placing the chicken into the frying pan, season with the lemon pepper and broiled steak seasoning with desired amount. Cook on one side until browned (approx 5 minutes) and turn. Season the cooked sized with seasonings and cook until evenly browned. Once the chicken is browned evenly take out of frying pan and place into paper-towel lined pan and put into the oven. Baking the chicken after it's fried will ensure it is cooked all the way, as well as keep it crispy.
