Japanese chicken wings

  A family favorite. Sauce is great on rice.
Ingredients:
  3 lbs   chicken wings (or any chicken part you prefer)
  1   egg, beaten
  1 cup   flour
  3 tbsp   soya sauce
  1 tbsp   water
  1/2 cup   vinegar
  1/2 tsp   salt
Directions:
  Cut wings and discard tips. Dip in egg then coat in flower. Fry in butter until deep brown and crisp. Place in a shallow baking dish. Combine last 4 ingredients and pour over wings. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes, or until chicken is done. Baste often.
