Chili Parmesan Chicken

  Variation:
Coat chicken with cheese mixture as directed; cut into 1-inch-wide strips. Place chicken strips on skewers, then place on rack of broiler pan. Broil 9 minutes or until chicken is cooked through, turing over after 5 minutes. Serve as a n appetizer with your favorite salsa. Makes about 16 appetizer servings
Ingredients:
  1/4 cup   Grated Parmesan Cheese
  2 tsp   chili powder
  6   small boneless skinless chicken breast halves
Directions:
  MIX Cheese and chili powder in pie plate. Add chicken; turn to evenly coat all sides.

PLACE chicken in shallow baking dish.

BAKE at 400 degree for 20-25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through
