Chicken Tortilla Bake***

Ingredients:
  2 can   Cream of Chicken Soup
  1 can   Diced Tomatoes
  1 can   Green Chilies
  12   Corn Tortillas
  2   Chicken Breast; Diced
  1 cup   shredded cheese
Directions:
  1. Pan fry the diced chicken
2. Combine cream of chicken, diced tomatoes, green chillies, and cooked chicken
3. Chop tortillas into bite sizes
4. Layer 1/3 of the tortillas on the bottom of the baking dish
5. Place 1/2 of the chicken mix on top of the tortillas
6. Repeat layers
7. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 40min
8. Uncover, place shredded cheese over the top and bake for an additional 5 min (until cheese is melted)
