Ingredients:
  4 T   olive oil
  2 cloves   garlic, sliced
  1   finely sliced onion
1.30 kg (3lb)   skinless chicken parts (legs, thighs, breast)
    Salt and pepper
  1   small green pepper, chopped
  2 T   paprika
99.99 ml   chicken stock, plus extra as needed for desired consistency
  99.99 g   sliced mushrooms
  4 T   half-fat sour cream
Directions:
Heat the olive oil, garlic and onions in a large saucepan over medium heat until the onions soften. Sprinkle the chicken with salt and pepper on both sides. Add the chicken, green pepper, paprika and stock to the saucepan and cook for 30 minutes over a low heat.

Add the mushrooms. Continue to cook until the chicken is tender, about 15 more minutes, adding chicken broth as needed to maintain the level of liquid during the cooking process. Transfer the cooked chicken pieces to a platter.

Stir the cream into the saucepan that the chicken was cooked in and add enough chicken broth to make a sauce. Pour the sauce over the chicken and serve hot.
