Bacon Wrapped Chicken

  Bacon is used to make a chicken breast moist and crispy all at one time.
Ingredients:
  6 ea   boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  1 8oz   spreadable chive & onion cream cheese
  6 slices   bacon
    salt
    pepper
Directions:
  Flatten chicken to 1/2" thickness. Spread 3 Tbs. cream cheese over each chicken breast. Sprinkle with salt if desired. Roll the chicken breasts up and wrap wach with a strip of bacon.

Place seam side down in a greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake uncovered at 400* for 35-40 minutes or until juices run clear.

Broil 6" from heat for 5 minutes until bacon is crisp.
